About Me! Who Am I?

Hi! I’m Cheryl Wahl, I'm a wife and mother of two boys, a sister, a daughter and a friend. I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Cancer Coach, Cancer Exercise Specialist and 200 Hour Yoga Teacher.

I started my journey as a cancer support person over 20 years ago when my Father and Father-In-Law were both told they had cancer. I wanted to learn all that I could to help them through their journey. I went to school to become a Nutritionist and Cancer Coach and then quickly realized the importance of exercise and movement, which is necessary for the general population, but especially important for someone diagnosed with cancer.

I have a passion for whole foods, a balanced lifestyle (is there even such a thing?) and creating a healthy body through nutrition first. I love educating people, giving them the tools and knowledge to empower themselves; making small changes for a healthier body.
